Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within United States.

How long does it take to ship my order?

PRE-ORDER ALBUMS
Albums from Korea typically reach 14-21 business days after the stated release date on the product description. We will start processing pre-orders on a first order first serve basis and start shipping accordingly. Please keep in mind that there may be delayed shipments from Korea due to different factors such as publishers delay in Korea, urgent situations, natural disasters, heavy influx of orders or other unforeseen reasons. 
RELEASED ALBUMS
Albums that have been released and stocked in our warehouse are shipped out of the US. Orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

We most certainly do! Free standard shipping is applied to all orders for all orders $100+. Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $100. 

Free shipping does not apply to purchases connected to fan signs or video call events. 

Address Modification

Please inform us immediately if you mistakenly entered the wrong address when placing an order with us. We are not able to modify your address once the order has been processed and start with delivery. We do not take accountability for returned orders due to incorrect shipping addresses or absent at point of delivery. Returns will only be processed if package has been returned to us and received at our warehouse.
