Are the products on K-Pop Glow US 100% authentic?
Yes. All items you see on K-Pop Glow US are 100% authentic from Korea and they are all sourced from legitimate and safe channels
Are my albums counted on sales charts?
Yes. K-Pop Glow US is registered under Hanteo Chart Family and all sales are recorded on the charts. 2022 HANTEO FAMILY NO. HF0082STK001
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.
This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at help@kpopglow.us as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?
Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! Please send us an email at help@kpopglow.us with your order number, full name and you must submit an unboxing video. The video should start with the shipping label intact and the video must clearly show what is missing or damaged, otherwise exchanges will not be allowed.
Can I select the version I would like for the album that I am purchasing?
If an album has several versions, it will be randomly sent out.
Will my posters be sent out folded or unfolded?
If you select the poster option, it will be sent out unfolded, in a poster tube. If there is no option, means the poster will be sent out folded.
